Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday during normal business hours. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
We currently ship within the United States.
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before your purchase is completed.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.
If incorrect or incomplete address information is provided, shipping delays or additional carrier charges may occur. Novara Kitchen is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our customer support team. We will assist in working with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and product so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, Novara Kitchen ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
